Our Purpose
To create a time, space and experience for you to stop for a moment, allow yourself to be in that moment, relax, let go and heal.
Where are we?
We are based in South Shields. We have a studio for group activities and also a therapy room for one 2 one sessions. We also visit other areas for our day and residential retreats so keep in touch with us via Facebook and Instagram to find out where we are heading. We can also arrange visits to your workplace, care home, school or social event. Get in touch to find out more.

Michaela is a Yoga and mindfulness teacher with 10 years of teaching experience
Her background is in adult learning and leadership development, she is fascinated with how people learn and grow. She has developed and implemented many corporate programmes and workshops in the areas of overall wellbeing, mental wellbeing, team leadership, sales, change management and more.
Alongside this she has practiced Yoga for nearly 15 years, trying many different styles and finds it to be one of the most transformative disciplines in improving and maintaining overall health, she couldn’t imagine life without this special practice.
Her business The Well Beings Collective offers workplace Yoga, as well as chair yoga and mini meditations for lunch time revival/and team focus meetings which she has taught from London, Sydney and now mainly online from her home back in South Shields.
Michaela teaches a Hatha style Yoga class with flowing elements which feels like a moving meditation, to reduce stress and relieve physical tension.
Here at Breathe she is offering:
Mon eve - 6.15PM beginners 8-week course ~ starting 9th of Jan
Mon eve - 7.30PM vinyasa Yoga ~ starting 9th of Jan
Wed lunchtime - 1PM beginners/improvers Yoga
+ the occasional Yoga & Wine events coming March 2023
8-week course costs - £77 which includes a printed course manual as well as weekly video content
Other 60min classes cost £9 to drop in + 5 class passes available for £40 (use within 3months)

Samantha is an Intuitive Healer, working with her voice for over 10 years.
Samantha is an intuitive sound and hands on healer. Singing the song of soul, with her voice, she bring’s through healing frequencies and codes that assist you in your highest healing.
She has been sharing her gifts for over 10 years and is ever evolving in her offerings. She has a passion for getting to the root of our conditioning, to the Source of our Creation. Coming back to the body, our beautiful inner guidance system. She shares tools of empowerment that assist you to make deep and profound shifts in your life. A bridge for your own healing.
Here at Breathe, Samatha offers one 2 one sessions and healings, plus regular group workshops.
